Hesam MARZOOGHI, PhD
Co-founder | Director
Hesam has over 12 years of experience in GTPS and NER compliance, commissioning, and model validation for renewable energy projects across the Australian NEM and international power systems. He currently serves as Principal Engineering Lead – RMS at ACEREZ (CWO REZ), leading the technical delivery of Australia’s first Renewable Energy Zone.

Mohammad SEIDALI, PhD
Co-founder | Director
Mohammad brings more than 11 years of experience in power system planning, dynamic and EMT studies across Australia and internationally. As an EMT Lead at ACEREZ, he supports generator connection and renewable energy projects across the NEM, from early feasibility and connection studies through to commissioning, testing, and detailed model validation.

Shabir AHMADYAR, PhD
Co-founder | Director
Shabir has over 15 years of experience in power system planning, stability, and generator connection studies across Australia and international networks. His work spans RMS and EMT analysis, technology assessment, and R2 commissioning, with extensive experience across the NEM, SWIS, NWIS, and large-scale renewable energy projects.
